Baking powder
Baking powder is a dry chemical leavening agent used to increase the volume and lighten the texture of baked goods such as muffins, cakes, scones or sponge cakes. Baking powder works on the principle of releasing carbon dioxide into the dough through an acid-base reaction, which creates bubbles in the dough and makes it rise. It is used instead of yeast in cases where the flavor of yeast fermentation products is not desired or when the dough is not elastic enough to hold gas bubbles for more than a few minutes.
Vanillin sugar
Finely ground sugar with the addition of aroma is giving a great taste to desserts, decorating creams and cocktails, ice cream and smoothies. Ideal for doughs, for sprinkling sweet dishes and for wrapping vanilla rolls.
Cinnamon sugar
Cinnamon sugar contains 11% of cinnamon from Indonesia, excellent flavoring. Ideal for baking and flavoring apple cakes, compotes and mulled wine. Excellent for sprinkling on cakes, fritters, pancakes, semolina porridge and as an ingredient in various desserts and sweet dishes. Dried yeast
Dried baker's yeast. Preparation without yeast. It always works! Enough for 500g of flour. For extra supple and fluffy dough. Simple and quick to use, which guarantees even novice cooks that their dough will rise and the pastry will be beautifully plump.
Whipped cream stiffener
Keeps whipped cream stiff and gives it a firm shape. Stiffener for 200-250 ml whipping cream. Modified potato starch, sugar, stabilizer (calcium phosphate). May contain traces of wheat flour, oatmeal, milk, eggs and nuts.
Baking soda
Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) or baking soda (soda bicarbona) is a white powder that dissolves in water to form a solution with an alkaline pH. Sodium bicarbonate is used as part of baking powders and effervescent drinks.
Citric Acid
Citric acid is a weak tricarboxylic acid found in citrus fruits. It is a natural preservative and is used as a flavoring agent for food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. In biochemistry, it is an important intermediate in the citrate cycle.
